We especially love their Simple Chicken Casserole, which can be made with our local-grown Mondo Chicken, or swapped out for our Organic Beef from Dandaragan. The best thing about casseroles is that you can add as many vegetables as you want depending on what you have on hand, and freeze the leftovers when you’re done!
