Sandwich your chopped chocolate between two slices of sourdough, then heat a bit of butter and olive oil in a pan and pop your sandwiches on the pan for 3 minutes on each side. Now sprinkle a bit of salt over the top. So simple and tasty – it’s easy for even a kitchen novice.
